UltraClear

The breakthrough 2910nm cold fiber resurfacing laser that gives you skin you never thought possible.

UltraClear’s innovative and revolutionary approach to skin rejuvenation will minimise the downtime whilst maximising the results.

about UltraClear treatment

At KinDRed, we are committed to bringing you the very most advanced technology in the world. We are the first clinic to introduce UltraClear in the South West. Up until now, UltraClear has been found in the very top Mayfair & Harley Street clinics such as Self London, PHI Clinic and Dr David Jack Clinic. We believe that Bristol deserves the very best which is why we have invested in this next-level technology.

UltraClear revolutionises the approach to skin rejuvenation by minimising the downtime traditionally associated with fractional and ablative skin lasers whilst still delivering dramatic results in terms of skin tightening and resurfacing.

This innovative treatment is safe for all skin types and tackles a wide range of skin concerns, offering effective, non-surgical results for healthier, clearer and age-optimised skin. This treatment targets lines and wrinkles, tightens loose skin, smooths acne and surgical scars, improves stretch marks, and fades hyperpigmentation like age spots and melasma.

If you are looking for genuinely impressive (yet entirely natural) results, then UltraClear is the treatment for you.

What makes UltraClear so special?

Quite simply – it produces real results

Featured in Tatler in 2026 as the best device for “dramatic resurfacing

Suitable for all ages with different modes and intensities from the 3DMiracl skin refresh (perfect for 20s to 40s) through to advanced modes for targeting deeper wrinkles and pigmentation. The Coring mode is available for more significant sun damage, laxity and aging.

Suitable and safe for all skin types, tones and colours.

Less collateral heat damage and downtime compared with older lasers (such as CO2).

Comfortable treatment thanks to the cold fibre technology.

Safer than CO2 – lower risk of complications thanks to less thermal injury

Targets multiple concerns in one treatment – wrinkles, uneven texture, enlarged pores, pigmentation, scars, laxity.

The treatment starts with cleansing of the skin and numbing cream may be applied (usually not needed for 3D MIRACL).

You will wear protective goggles or eye shields.

The laser will pass over your face, one section at a time. The actual laser isn’t usually painful.

After the treatment, you are likely to experience a burning sensation but this usually lasts only for about 10-20 mins.

One of the advantages of UltraClear is that it is much more comfortable than traditional lasers like CO2.

Face

Neck

Decolletage

Eye area

Perioral (mouth, barcode, smoker’s lines)

Body – scars, loose skin, stretch marks

20 – 60 mins (plus number time of 45 mins where needed)

Your skin will look immediately red and feel hot for around 20 minutes (like sunburn).

Over the coming days, the redness will fade and you may see “grid” patterns or tiny scabs.

With our most superficial mode 3D MIRACL, skin is usually back to normal after 5-6 days.

With deeper UltraClear or Coring modes, you will expect around a 7 – 10 day period for full recovery. This is significantly less than with traditional resurfacing lasers like CO2.

Results will be seen with a single treatment so the overall “downtime” is minimized compared to treatments requiring several sessions.

Trust us, it’s worth it.

You can expect to see an immediate glow after around 2 weeks. Collagen and elastin will continue to build for several months and so your full “results” will be seen from around 3 months.

For 3D MIRACL mode, people often do a treatment 2-3 times per year.

For deeper coring modes, one treatment every 12-18 months may be enough to maintain and amplify results.

UltraClear carries significantly less risks than other resurfacing lasers like CO2 (which can cause pigmentation and scarring).  Risks will be carefully explained to you but are very low with this device. All lasers can bring on a coldsore attack so let us know if you have ever suffered with coldsores.

After your treatment, you will be emailed with detailed aftercare information so that you can refer to it at any time.

We recommend purchasing either GF5 Serum or SkinCeuticals Regen6 to enhance recovery and results.

How does UltraClear work?

UltraClear uses a revolutionary 2910nm cold fibre laser. This laser targets water in the skin, which “vaporises” precise channels in the skin. It immediately removes columns of old, damaged skin but leaving islands of unaffected skin. The skin needs to heal these columns and so tightens and renews.

Can I combine UltraClear with other treatments?

The great advantage of UltraClear is that it targets multiples concerns such as skin laxity, wrinkles, pigmentation, crepey skin, acne scars, uneven texture, uneven tone. It is a highly effective treatment used alone.

We recommend adding Exosomes to your laser treatment (applied after the laser) to amplify the results and promote healing.

However, it can be combined with other treatments such as “botox”, dermal filler, Sculptra, polynucleotides, Lumecca and Morpheus8.

Does UltraClear hurt?

One of the main benefits of UltraClear is that discomfort is minimal compared to other resurfacing lasers such as CO2. The 3D MIRACL mode doesn’t even require numbing cream.

For deeper setting such as Ultra/Clear and Coring – a numbing cream will be applied before the treatment. The treatment itself is genuinely well tolerated. You are likely to experience an intense sun burn type sensation immediately after the treatment but this doesn’t last long.

When will I see results?

Many people see an immediate glow and improvement in skin texture and wrinkles within 2 weeks. Full improvement due to collagen and elastin production can take a few months.

Is there any reason that I shouldn’t have UltraClear?

You will need to attend for a consultation with one of our doctors before having UltraClear so that we can take a thorough medical history and ensure that UltraClear is right for you.

As a guide, you cannot have UltraClear if you are pregnant/breast feeding, have a permanent implant in the treated area such as metal plates and screws, current and significant systemic illness (such as active cancer, uncontrolled diabetes, heart condition, etc), impaired immune system or use of immunosuppressive medications, conditions or medications that cause light sensitivity.

This is not an exhaustive list of medical contraindications and a full assessment and recommendation will be made on an individual basis.

Is UltraClear suitable for all skin types?

Yes. One of the benefits of UltraClear is that it can be used safely on all skin types and colours.

This is not the case with old lasers like CO2.

Do I have to avoid holidays?

You should avoid very high UV for 2 weeks before and after treatment and wear a daily sunscreen (we recommend Heliocare)

Can I have UltraClear in the summer?

You can have an UltraClear treatment all year round. Thanks to the revolutionary cold fibre technology, it is safe to have this treatment in summer. However, you must be diligent with sunscreen/hat use and avoid strong/unprotected UV exposure after a treatment.
