UltraClear
The breakthrough 2910nm cold fiber resurfacing laser that gives you skin you never thought possible.
UltraClear’s innovative and revolutionary approach to skin rejuvenation will minimise the downtime whilst maximising the results.
about UltraClear treatment
At KinDRed, we are committed to bringing you the very most advanced technology in the world. We are the first clinic to introduce UltraClear in the South West. Up until now, UltraClear has been found in the very top Mayfair & Harley Street clinics such as Self London, PHI Clinic and Dr David Jack Clinic. We believe that Bristol deserves the very best which is why we have invested in this next-level technology.
UltraClear revolutionises the approach to skin rejuvenation by minimising the downtime traditionally associated with fractional and ablative skin lasers whilst still delivering dramatic results in terms of skin tightening and resurfacing.
This innovative treatment is safe for all skin types and tackles a wide range of skin concerns, offering effective, non-surgical results for healthier, clearer and age-optimised skin. This treatment targets lines and wrinkles, tightens loose skin, smooths acne and surgical scars, improves stretch marks, and fades hyperpigmentation like age spots and melasma.
If you are looking for genuinely impressive (yet entirely natural) results, then UltraClear is the treatment for you.

How does UltraClear work?
UltraClear uses a revolutionary 2910nm cold fibre laser. This laser targets water in the skin, which “vaporises” precise channels in the skin. It immediately removes columns of old, damaged skin but leaving islands of unaffected skin. The skin needs to heal these columns and so tightens and renews.
Can I combine UltraClear with other treatments?
The great advantage of UltraClear is that it targets multiples concerns such as skin laxity, wrinkles, pigmentation, crepey skin, acne scars, uneven texture, uneven tone. It is a highly effective treatment used alone.
We recommend adding Exosomes to your laser treatment (applied after the laser) to amplify the results and promote healing.
However, it can be combined with other treatments such as “botox”, dermal filler, Sculptra, polynucleotides, Lumecca and Morpheus8.
Does UltraClear hurt?
One of the main benefits of UltraClear is that discomfort is minimal compared to other resurfacing lasers such as CO2. The 3D MIRACL mode doesn’t even require numbing cream.
For deeper setting such as Ultra/Clear and Coring – a numbing cream will be applied before the treatment. The treatment itself is genuinely well tolerated. You are likely to experience an intense sun burn type sensation immediately after the treatment but this doesn’t last long.
When will I see results?
Many people see an immediate glow and improvement in skin texture and wrinkles within 2 weeks. Full improvement due to collagen and elastin production can take a few months.

Is there any reason that I shouldn’t have UltraClear?
You will need to attend for a consultation with one of our doctors before having UltraClear so that we can take a thorough medical history and ensure that UltraClear is right for you.
As a guide, you cannot have UltraClear if you are pregnant/breast feeding, have a permanent implant in the treated area such as metal plates and screws, current and significant systemic illness (such as active cancer, uncontrolled diabetes, heart condition, etc), impaired immune system or use of immunosuppressive medications, conditions or medications that cause light sensitivity.
This is not an exhaustive list of medical contraindications and a full assessment and recommendation will be made on an individual basis.
Is UltraClear suitable for all skin types?
Yes. One of the benefits of UltraClear is that it can be used safely on all skin types and colours.
This is not the case with old lasers like CO2.
Do I have to avoid holidays?
You should avoid very high UV for 2 weeks before and after treatment and wear a daily sunscreen (we recommend Heliocare)
Can I have UltraClear in the summer?
You can have an UltraClear treatment all year round. Thanks to the revolutionary cold fibre technology, it is safe to have this treatment in summer. However, you must be diligent with sunscreen/hat use and avoid strong/unprotected UV exposure after a treatment.
