cancellation policy

You will be charged a pre-payment fee when booking most of our consultations and treatments.

Please note that pre-payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment start time, the pre-payment will remain on your account for 12 months and can be used against any future service. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice or less before the appointment start time (including “no-shows”) will result in the loss of the pre-payment.

Please note that Initial Consultation with a Doctor has a stand-alone fee and is not redeemable against any future service. Some other consultations, for example Laser Hair Removal Consultation may be redeemable against laser hair treatments. Please refer to the service description (available when booking) for more details or contact us if you have any queries. 

For KinClub members, cancellation/rescheduling of your KinClub treatment with 48 hours notice or less before the appointment start time will result in loss of that months treatment (but you will still be charged that month). 

After some treatments, you may wish to book a Review Appointment. Reviews incur a £30 pre-payment. If you attend the Review Appointment (or give us 48hours or more notice of cancellation/reschedule) then the £30 will remain indefinitely on your account to use on any future service or in-clinic product. Cancelling/rescheduling a Review Appointment with 48 hours notice or less before the appointment start time (including “no-shows”) will result in the loss of the £30 pre-payment.
